Anna's Flowers

  • Date iconNovember 17 2005 - July 31 2006
  • Curator(s): Irit Salmon
Painted between 1967 and 1973, Anna Ticho's watercolors of flower arrangements burst with color and vitality, reflecting the optimistic atmosphere in Israel at the time. The watercolours flow and blend freely, released from the restraints of the line drawings of the artist's earlier flower drawings, some of which are also shown in the exhibition.
